Fitness has been one of my greatest joys since I was a little girl. From playing competitive soccer to becoming a personal trainer I have attainted the name G.I Jane by most who know me. Five years ago I walked into Underground Fitness Circuit Training and fell in love with weight training. From day one I set my goals to be strong and healthy, and devoted my free time to encouraging women that strong truly is beautiful. Through my love for fitness I found my passion for Nutrition. For the past 2 years I have been finishing my Bachelors in Science and Holistic Nutrition.
Both of my career paths have enabled me to help others achieve their health goals internally and externally. Teaching Butts & Guts and a Full Body Circuit class has been one of my most exciting hobbies yet. UGF2 is a great studio to be a part of and the students are what make each class that much better.
